About Us
Welcome to FLEX!
We supply and install seamless floors and surfaces for domestic, commercial and industrial clients.
We specialise in epoxy and polyurethane/PU based systems. Our flooring is either poured, rollered, hand trowelled or power trowelled and sometimes we use a combination of these installation techniques.
We offer both internal flooring and external surface systems. Our product range includes everything from safety surfaces to decorative floors.
With over 15 years’ experience, we install systems including microcement, rubber crumb, resin bound aggregates plus specialist screeds and coatings.

Our History
Founded by Simon Hubble in December. With his previous experience of working in safety surfacing, primarily around swimming pools, Simon, and his business partner Paul Robinson launch FLEX with the vison to diversify to offer more products and systems to more sectors.
Moved the office to Pympes Court Farm near Maidstone, which offered the added benefit of yard space in the same location.
With the business growing, we needed an amazing accounts manager, thankfully Lauren starts working at FLEX! We also introduced a new product: Quartz Screed.
Another year, another new product gets added to our range – Resin Bound Stone
Having worked with an amazing subbie for a while, we hope he wants to make it exclusive. Thankfully, Rhys decides to go official and joins as our Contracts Manager! We also start other important working relationships with Bourne Leisure, installing safety surfacing at their Haven Holiday Parks, something we still do today. Finally, we add Microcement to our product range, ensuring we can offer a high-end domestic flooring.
After working with us on site, another key member of the team joins in the office! Matt starts as our Commercial Works Director, helping to grow the work we do with commercial and industrial clients

We turnover £1million.
Complete our first project with Vuba. We continue to work closely with Vuba for all our resin bound stone needs. Simon is also closely involved with the newly opened Kent Distribution centre too.
Simon finally gets his wife on board! Katie joins as Business Development Manager. Team expansion doesn’t stop there, with Joe Haffenden joining as a Domestic Account Manager.
Turnover hits £2million. To celebrate we go on our first FLEX Employee Trip!
Biggest single installation to date, over 3,200m of Epoxy Coating at an industrial Warehouse in Kent. Team expansion continues with Tom joining as Project Manager and Jon starting as our Yard Manager. This year Flexflooring becomes FLEX and enters a new era, with new branding and website too!
