Deckmaster System R Epoxy Coating Car park surface
A 852m² commercial car park surface installed in light grey, mid grey and white colours supplied by Deckmaster.
The project took 3 working weeks to complete, with a team of up to 7 experienced installers, depending on requirements. Installation took place in November, so weather, air temperature and dew points were diligently watched on a daily basis.
We undertook all necessary preparation work including cutting out damaged areas of existing decking system, making minor repairs to kerbs before grinding and vacuuming, we then applied an epoxy Deckmaster DPM and medium broadcast.
Installing 3 colours, meant a great deal of intricate masking up took place before applying 250m2 of Deckmaster topcoat in mid grey to the parking bays, followed by 603m2 Deckmaster UV top coat and finally 82m of Deckmaster UV topcoat in white. In-Line Ltd undertook the final stage adding the line markings and parking bay numbering.
