How much do FLEX showroom floors cost?

We will provide a quote that will take into account factors including:

  • The m² size of the installation area.
  • The layout of the installation area.
  • The location of the installation within the UK
  • The material chosen, such as
    • aggregate size and colour blend
    • the use of UV stable or non UV stable resin
  • The finishes needed:
    • the use of multiple colour blends for additional design options such as lines or colour bands
    • the addition of non-slip coatings
  • The duration of the installation process (e.g. preparation works required, cleaning etc).

Microcement

Microcement flooring offers a decorative finish that gives you an industrial polished concrete effect. These floors are seamless and grout free, making them easy to maintain. It is important to note that this system requires at least 6 days to install, with 3 preparation layers, 2 microcement layers and finally sealer coats. Each layer requires overnight curing before starting on the next. The application of different sealers offers several visually different finishes, both matt and satin.
